What is it?

What is Session LEAD?

Session LEAD is a 5-day Christian summer university combining conferences by today's leaders with moments of spirituality, reflection and encounter. Each year it brings together 120 young people driven by a deep desire to make a difference.

This year, Session LEAD's theme is: "Serving with joy".

When?

From Wednesday 2 September evening to Sunday 6 September 2026 afternoon.

For whom?

Young professionals and students aged 20 to 30.

Where?

At the Corsendonk Priory Hotel, Antwerp province, 1h15 from Brussels.

Daily

What does a typical day look like?

Morning — Conferences

Each morning, three conferences are organised followed by a Q&A session with the speaker.

Afternoon — Break & Workshops

A two-hour break in a quality setting (gardens, sports), followed by workshops led by experts in small groups.

Daily Mass

A moment of reflection and personal encounter with God, with a liturgy animated by a youth choir.

Evenings

Cultural evening with young Belgian talents, reconciliation vigil, encounter with a prominent witness.

The venue

Where does Session LEAD take place?

Session LEAD takes place at the Corsendonk Priory Hotel, a former abbey converted into a conference centre, near Turnhout, in the Antwerp Campine region.

Session LEAD takes place in a calm setting conducive to reflection, surrounded by a beautiful private park. Participants stay in comfortable rooms for 2 or 3 people.
